दया श्रद्धा क्षमा लज्जा प्रज्ञा त्यागः कृतज्ञता । गुणा यस्य भवन्त्येते गृहस्थो मुख्य एव सः ॥

The meaning is that the person in whom kindness, forgiveness, shame, good rational intelligence, sacrifice, respect, all these qualities are present, that person is the main householder. It has been said in the Atharvaveda that it is necessary for a householder to build a house. The house may be a hut made of grass or a huge building made of other things, but building a house is very important for a householder. Above we have told that in Grihasthashram there is a need for cowshed, horse shed, royal house etc.; But here I would like to mention more schools which are also needed in today's perspective. Those who live in the city do not need agricultural work, they have to keep modern vehicles instead of horses and elephants for riding. In such a situation, it becomes necessary for such a homeowner that along with the construction of the house, the construction of the vehicle (garage) should be done according to the instructions of Vastu Shastra. By doing this, the ride will never crash while being in perfect condition and it will also be sure to increase the ride vehicle.

There is no significant difference between the establishment of Grihasthashram of Vedic period and today's Grihasthashram. Even today, people wish for happiness, peace, prosperity, disaster-free and son-grandson's happiness along with house-building and the same wish was used in the Vedic period as well.

In Atharvveda's third Kand Sukta Dwadash, all the worldly, family and social qualities and demerits have been described in verses 1 to 9 related to house construction. If on the one hand a wish has been made for a successful homeowner to enjoy all the qualities arising out of house construction, then on the other hand it should be called guidelines or instructions have also been given in a very clear manner.

In this way, the owner of the house should always try to build the house in such a place where the helpful powers from Sun, Moon, Vayu, Indradi deities are received in abundance. The feeling is that due to excessive sunlight falling on the house, the people living in it will be full of spiritual power and will be healthy. Bathing in the cool moonlight, the people of the house will be stable and the agricultural work done by them will improve the crop. It is also important to take care that air circulation in the house should be uninterrupted. Pure air purifies the heart and the people of the house get health benefits. With the help of Indra Vrishti, household food grains are made nutritious and tasty.

Therefore, such a place should be selected for house construction which is suitable; At the same time, the help of the powers given by the Suryaadi Gods should be continuously received from Vastu Shastra, the land should be fertile, the air should be innocent, the water should be healthy and digestible. The house should be constructed in such an auspicious area or place.

In the form of a deliberative summary, it can be said that the work of house-building is essential for every human being, only then the concept of a successful and strong household can be proved.

अन्तर्दशा साधन विधि : महादशा संख्या वर्ष में महादशा वर्ष संख्या का गुणाकर १० से भाग देने पर प्राप्त लब्धि मास ( माह ) होंगे। ( यदि माह संख्या १२ से अधिक हों तो इसको सवर्णित कर साल तथा माह बना लें ) शेष को ३० से गुणाकर १० से भाग देने पर प्राप्त लब्धि दिन कहलाएंगे। उदाहरण : मान लीजिए गुरु की महादशा में गुरु की ही अन्तर्दशा निकालनी हो तो आप जानते है गुरु की महादशा १६ वर्ष की होती है। इसलिए नीचे १६ को लिया गया है, अन्य उपरोक्त सूत्र के अनुसार साधन किया गया है। १६ *१६ = २५६ भाग १० = २५ मास अथार्त २ साल १ माह प्राप्त हुआ। शेष ६ * ३० = १८० भाग १० = १८ दिन प्राप्त हुआ। अथार्त २ साल १ माह १८ दिन होगी। गुरु के महादशा में गुरु का अंतर्दशा प्राप्त हुआ। इसी प्रकार यदि गुरु की महादशा हो और शनि कीअन्तर्दशा निकालनी हो तो आप मेरे पहले के लेखों के द्वारा जान चुके है कि शनि की महादशा १९ साल की होती है। इसलिए साधन में ( १६ ) गुरु के महादशा वर्ष और ( १९ ) शनि के महादशा के वर्ष लिए जाएंगे। १६ *१९ = ३०४ भाग १० = ३० मास को १२ से सवर्णित क...
